Where are the shirts being shipped from?

Depending on your order, we will ship to you from our closest branch. We have warehouses ready to send your order in Canada and the United States.
Most international orders are shipped from our United States branch.
 

Do you provide tracking numbers?

YES! We provide tracking numbers for all United States orders! Tracking numbers will be provided 24-48 hours after your item has shipped out and will be available online. To find your status tracker, please check your email. Tracking numbers for international orders will only track while the parcel moves through continental USA.

Can I customize the color of shirt for my order?

YES! We offer a number of different colors that we are able to print on, although some colors in some sizes are limited to availability. If you see a shirt you like but want it in a different color, just select the colour you want - you will see the thumbnail image change to the selected color.  This will give you an idea of what the shirt will look like. Keep in mind, some images may not print well with the color tshirt selected, so please be careful when selecting! If you are unsure of how it will look, please contact us, or put a note in the comments section at checkout. We'll help as best we can.
 

What colors do you offer?

We offer more than 20 different color tshirts, including: Black, Charcoal Grey, Daisy, Dark Chocolate, Forest Green, Gold, Irish Green, Light Blue, Light Pink, Military Green, Navy, Orange, Other, Purple, Red, Royal Blue, Sport Grey, Tan, White and three STYLES of ringers, including Black, Navy and Red.
 

What method of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal, AMEX, Visa, and MasterCard.
 

What is the average wait time?


Our t-shirts are made-to-order, so there is some time required to print and dry the shirt and prepare it for shipping. In some cases, it can be processed the same day, but we can't always guarantee it. All shirts will be processed and sent for shipping in two to three business days after you place your order.
The average wait times vary for each country. We ship USPS and people in the U.S. should expect their shirt at their door 5-10 business days after ordering.
If you select "rush" during checkout, your order will be bumped to the front of the line and this normally reduces your delivery time by 1-3 business days. Please remember that "Rush" orders are not couriered overnight.

International orders can take 3-4 weeks to arrive. Customers are responsible for their own country import taxations.

What is your return policy?

Be sure to check our sizing chart for correct sizing selection.
Buyers are responsible for returning any shirts they are not satisfied with, in original packaging and in new condition within 10 days of receipt of the shirt.
You will be refunded 100% for the tshirt, less a $5 re-stocking fee and excluding shipping costs.

Returns will not be processed for shirts that are specific to a holiday event after the event date has passed (for example St. Patricks Day themed shirts can not be returned on or after March 17)
There will be no re-stocking fee charged for shirts that have a manufacturers defect.

Addresses that cannot be validated by USPS and deemed undeliverable due to address problems will not be granted a refund. Please ensure you enter your full correct address on checkout to avoid problems with delivery.
